HOME PURCHASING


New Home Purchase Checklist

  • All pay stubs from the last 30 days

  • Tax forms (W-2, 1040) from the last two years

  • Self-employed applicants only: last two years of business tax returns (all pages)

  • Bank statements from the last two months (all accounts/all pages)

  • Statements from all retirement savings accounts (IRA/401K, SEP, etc.) if being considered for transaction

  • Current photo ID

  • Appraisal fee

  • Signed Intent to Proceed form

  • If you currently have a mortgage or home equity

  • loan, add:

    • Your most recent mortgage statement(s) and/or home equity loan statement(s)

    • Most recent tax bills for all properties

 

Already Have a Home Under Contract?

  • Copy of the Purchase and Sales Agreement

  • Copy of the Earnest Money Deposit check (front and back)

  • Copy of the Deed (legal description of the property)

  • If applicable, a copy of the Condo Association or

  • Homeowner’s Association fees and financial statements

Refinancing Your Home?

  • Most recent tax bill for all properties

  • Most recent mortgage statement

  • Homeowner’s insurance binder for all properties

  • All pay stubs from the last 30 days

This portal will give you 24-hour access to the status and details of your application. If you are unable to use a web-based portal, your loan officer will send you an encrypted email with instructions. We cannot assure the security of your documents if you choose to send them to us via unsecured email or outside of our secure web portal.
